Just like a personal trainer guides you in health and fitness, we provide support for your dental health goals with our virtual online Dental Health Coaching. By working 1:1 with you we offer advice, tools and guidance to create a tailored, step-by-step plan for your dental health goals.
Our coaching sessions do not replace in-person dental check ups, rather we support you in between appointments. The best part? You have the flexibility to choose how often you want to meet! Once or for regular checks ins, it's completely up to you.
Dental Health Coaching $49
We will go through your goals, run through your current dental routine, chat about lifestyle & habits that may affect your dental care routine. We will then suggest product options to include into a care routine and demonstrate how to use them and how often. So we can make the most of our time together, we will send you a questionnaire to complete prior to your session.
